The staff is amazing and so friendly and helpful! They really ensured we had an amazing time and gave us good advice also. The pool is very lovely and so are the rooms, which are very clean!

Staff were amazing, our room was serviced everyday with special flower arrangements that made a lovely touch. Very willing to help with anything. Breakfast was included for us with 2 courses and very filling. We loved the pool and gardens. The location was close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Hotel location right by Mandalika beach. Hotel was quiet due to being rainy season but hotel and staff came up to expectations. Pool was good and usually very few people using during Feb visit. Restaurant good but being a short walk from centre it was easy to go eat out of hotel. Free breakfast good. Soto Ayam recommended!

The hotel was very beautiful, the location is amazing, the staff is very nice, everything is so clean, the swimming pool and outside garden are amazing too, i also had an amazing facial at the spa. I didnt try the restaurant so I can't talk about it, but overall my experience was amazing there :)

Spacious rooms rooms which were cleaned every single day. Hot water, tea and coffee making facilities, good breakfast and drinking water provided every day. Good location just acros from Kuta beach and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Everyone who worked there was just wonderful and the gardens and pools were just beautiful. Great value for mney.

Loved the staff here and the lovely garden setting of the older style bungalow local hotel. The room was spacious and bed comfy. Pool fantastically clean and v refreshing after a day of adventures. Great location right on the beach for watching all the local activities.

Very quiet place..on the beach but far away from the town nise ..in the room you cannot hear the voices from the mosques..nice and clean swiming pool ..try the massage in the SPA

Staff are lovely, rooms are turned down every day and the towel / flower designs were so cute. Pool area is nice.

neat location, very cozy. had the urge to jump into swimming pool but i didnt have spare clothes. breakfast was great.
